Soak 1 cup chhole in slightly salty warm water for 4 hours and boil. Take 2 tablespoon crushed melon seeds, 1 tablespoon Ramdev Chilli powder, ½ teaspoon Ramdev Turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon Ramdev Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon Ramdev Kasuri Methi, 1 cup water and allow to soak for half an hour. In 2 tablespoon of ghee/oil, add 2 tablespoon of ginger-green chilli garlic paste, 1 finely chopped onion, tomato gravy, add soaked spices and sauté till oil separates. Add boiled chhole in above separation and add required quantity of water to make the gravy and heat. Garnish hot chhole with coriander leaves and onion rings. Serve with puri/paratha/bhatura.
