To place an order, you will need to fill in the required billing and shipping information and to complete the transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call with the customer service representative.
We will arrange for the products to be shipped to you. Purchases are shipped from our own warehouses/stores in India. We endeavor to get the products delivered to you within 2-10 Business days from the date of receipt of order depending, on the address for delivery.
Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages transfer to you upon the delivery of products to you. Order deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services, usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm, Monday – Sunday.
Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility of goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery if the package has been already opened by you.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to the customer care cell/service department on the day of delivery through the ‘Contact us’ page/section on the website. Additionally, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted and signed on the copy of proof of delivery and returned to the delivery person.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are disclosed at the time of check out and consumers can review the same before confirming the order.
Currently, all the subsequent orders of Rs. 750/- or more, will be delivered to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 750/-.
